Did that happen? It was never confirmed.

You didn’t do stupid shite when you were a kid? He also got handed 100,000+ all these kids aren’t close to being mature yet.
Still probably take him tho

I'd take him and make him earn it

UGA is about to win a natty where’s your evidence that we shouldn’t take Harris because Gilbert didn’t work out at Georgia?
He’s saying that Gilbert didn’t actually improve and therefore isn’t evidence that we should take a player with issues…..not necessarily that we shouldn’t take Harris

The other Tigers around the way might be making that call lol

I’ve said I wouldn’t touch Harris with a 100ft pole…BUT if Brian Kelly is ok with taking him then I’m not going to have a differing opinion, because I believe in Brian Kelly.

Yeah I trust the staff on this call, it’s obviously their program and to their standard. Kelly knows how to proceed with it. However, if Kelly doesn’t jump at it, I can anticipate the desperate Tigers with Hugh to try and jump on that but for the wrong reasons. All speculation but we’ve seen what Auburn would do at this point for a solid (not great) coach and players.

I did stupid shite as a kid never anything that stupid. The fact you and the other poster don't realize how severe that was is actually kinda disturbing. It's not just "speeding" or "joy riding". It's actually worse than someone intoxicated because he's knowingly putting what is likely hundreds of lives at risk thinking this is Fast and Furious Tokyo Drift. Not to mention even the slightest deviation he and whoever else was with him likely would've ended up in the hospital or dead. Racing down a 1 mile stretch rural road where the only thing you have to worry about hitting is a fricking deer is completely different.
0 disregard at everything around him signals major character issues. Pass. I'm sure we will have other elite CBs hit the portal soon without the baggage.

We don’t need a weed trafficker on the team

Anybody can be aligned….you just need the right aligner.
No mistake is too big to overcome if you can get him to commit to it.
He is a definite take.
Lay the grounds rules…
1. X amount NIL
2. Random screens outside of ncaa rules. Failures cost him money
3. 3rd failure your gone. No pay.
Bada bing Bada boom.

I’d take Harris 100 times out of 100. We need CBs.

You absolutely take this guy and lay out the ground rules.
No indeed not! There is nothing absolute about these situations. They require evaluations by people with a lot more information, and a lot more sense, than internet fans tend to have.
The young man might be a lost cause who would do nothing but hurt your team culture. Or he could be a guy like Tyrann Mathieu who could be nurtured through his pathos.

Hence the reason I said “lay out the ground rules”

I'd take this guy for sure, and if he fricks up, then bye.
