Be great to have him but we've stocked the front 7 pretty well and if he does choose Bama their will be others, too early to start worrying about that....what LSU needs to do is go out and perform up to it's capabilities this year, beat every team we are supposed to and play very very well against Bama, the rest will take care of itself

He and Beason would be a great duo from DFW. I wouldn't sell LSU short. I think he and Beason know each other.

I was on Beason's twitter earlier to post in the thread about him and saw where he responded to Marcel's tweet saying him and his brudda would play together. At that time the tweet was just saying he (Marcel) was done and knew where he was going. I didn't pay any attention to it because I had never heard of the guy.
Since then they have just been confessing their love for one another.

I think our former kicker that was suspended for the bowl game named Gamble is from the same high school in Flower Mound. If Gamble talked shite about LSU then for sure the kid will go to Bama.

I think people have the strangest interpretation or outlook on things sometimes.
Why would he talk shite about LSU. He played all four seasons he was at LSU. He was ruled ineligible for the bowl game. Would he talk bad about LSU for his being ineligible?
If any thing since he was from Marcel's high school, Marcel probably watched and pulled for LSU in a lot of games the past four years.
Still may go to Bama but I don't believe it would be for the reason you suggested.

Most hs LBs are ranked and wanted based on upside and Brooks has a shite ton of it. He could play any LB spot, aside from the rush spot and he may be the most athletic LB in the country.
If Bama has made him a priority this early, with their history of LB development, he's pretty damn good.
I think Bama also but June is a long way away in recruiting. Its easier to get him here than it is to Bama so keep getting him in campus and see what happens.
