This July 4th is shaping up a lot like two years ago when we had a run of commits on the DL under Jamar Cain. Unlike those, hopefully all these guys stick.

Shorty looks like she could play DT as well.

He will probably flip 2 more times before signing day.
Some of yall are so unserious. There is a very extremely, extremely small group of recruits that flip more than once. Usually when a recruit flips, it's because they committed too early and didn't check out everything other schools had to offer yet. Other times, the allure of staying at home makes them ultimately flip back to the home state or area. For instance the coach that got him to commit to Texas is now at LSU.

If he flips to us, something drastic will have to happen for him to flip back to Texas or somebody else. Think about it, Texas has tons of money and he is their only DT commit. Don't you think they could have locked him down if it were about upfront money?

Currently committed but will be making his “final” decision

Which is a pretty good indicator that he’s likely choosing someone other than Texas.

Bo and Peoples bout to be on a hot streak. It's clear that under the surface that they have big momentum with the recruits. By year 2 they'll be putting out great multiple young great talents, you can get it done quicker on Dline than O line so year 2 for me with year 3 becoming dominant. Cant miss with these 2 and Peoples. Then they'll be practicing against each other everyday, it's gonna be special. The D line troubles are over just like Brad coming home to his O line dream job, I think Bo's doing the same thing, we're on the way to '03, '11 Dline. But with great dominant o lines too. Bakers got the LB position well set up, there's alot of young talent in the secondary, we badly needed better coaching. I see an emotional upstart defense with a chip on its shoulder this year making plays and forcing turnovers to turn games

And that he is very likely to change his “final” decision again.

If things go as planned we should have a great 4th of July celebration weekend. Just have to hold off the competition with Shanklin.
As a bonus, our friends to the west in Austin are having quite a tough few days. From the sound of things, it's gonna get worse as the week continues. They'll bounce back but it's still fun watching those fans melt like we do. Even crying about $. Imagine that.

Biggest thing I've been seeing is that Bo Davis finally decided to recruit once returning to his alma mater

Totally. When a football recruit tells you they are 110% committed, you can shut it down.

He pushed in back a day now so he’s gonna announce like Shanklin is on the 5th. All signs still lean LSU

Signing day, and then a commitment announcement every year after that during portal season.
