They even have Nuss still ranked pretty low. Remember when Caleb was an LSU lock until Joe Brady left and Munoz was not promoted and he went to OU instead? That's when his stock also raised considerably.

Thats the top247. Sage nor Smith have been 5 stars by 247's rankings ever. Only 12 guys are 5 stars by the top247. On the composite247, Smith and Sage are still 5 stars.
Also LSU's class ranking rose as a result of this update and had some serious movers, notably Koht and Nuss rose a combined 121 spots. Clear and away the #3 class.

On 247's updated rankings Saivion Jones had a nice jump up 27 spots, but Landon Jackson dropped 33 and Dellinger dropped 15.

It might be just me but Bech is fricking criminally underrated. This isn’t politically correct but since he’s not black and doesn’t run a 4.3, that means he must not be that good according to 247.
FWIW, I freaking love this guy and am super stoked that he’s in our class. I think he can be a nightmare in the slot or outside.

Glad to see the team to our East is no longer the favorite on our top prospects. Just a few short years ago that wasn’t the case. Could change again next year but will enjoy it this year.
Second, who is at FSU recruiting all these kids from Louisiana? I realize they are in NW Florida and they have tradition, but I don’t recall seeing this many LA kids giving them interest. Is their a coach on staff from LA?

Still a top 100 guy. Also, just because a guy drops doesn’t necessarily mean they think he sucks all the sudden. Other guys moved up. Now, if it was a Willie Allen situation where he starts as a 5* then ends as a 3*, be alarmed haha. Dellinger is gonna be a good one

I mean, it’s all about projecting upside. Being good at age 18 doesn’t mean you’ll still be good from 19-22. Maybe he’s peaked and just grew up before his contemporaries.
