The NIL collective better be overflowing come 2026 because it’s going to take a lot of money to keep the instate kids home. That class may determine if Kelly finishes out his contract.

We will be fine if we can get some decent recruiters on staff. All we have is Davis and Frank.

First order of business is recruiting. I hope Kelly realizes this. You can’t win a championship without recruiting at a high level. I don’t care how good the coaches are.

Completely agree. He better have all our ducks in a row by then. Bradford and Stewart are not gonna come easily to a program that looks to be descending before our eyes. Recognize we have a multitude of issues, take the rest of the year and figure out how to begin correcting them, hold water and be ready to "reload" in '26.
If he doesn't start now he won't finish that contract coaching here. We will be straddled, yet again, with millions tied up in coaches not coaching.

Cortez Hankton is killing it on the recruiting trail. Dude can coach AND recruit at a high level.
Hankton, Wilson, Davis, Sloan…our offensive coaching staff is great, and it shows both on the field and in recruiting.
The defensive staff needs to be overhauled completely.

how do we know sloan is that good? daniels has improved in his 2nd year in the system. the qb recruits leave a lot to be desired (unless we get davis). he may be another joe brady. everyone thought he was great with burrows development and chase, jefferson. this year its daniels plus nabers & thomas. relatively the same situation in many respects. i am not saying he isn't good but we thought brady was GREAT and look what he has done since leaving LSU.

QB recruits are kinda irrelevant with the transfer portal. It is a year to year business now for QBs. It’s not a 3 year plan anymore
