Burrell was the 1st or 2nd KICKER in the fricking country!! You idiots are never fricking happy!!

Burrell went to one summer camp and kicked the ball the furthest in kickoff charting…one camp…he missed 6 field goals at that camp and didn’t even come close in the finals.
I was there. My son missed 2 and won the finals. Next year son missed 2 again and won the finals, after being the top charter at the winter camp and winning the final competition there. Just saying…there are top ranked kids who repeatedly show accuracy on the big stage, and some kids, like Dibert and Burrell, who get highly ranked based off kickoff results and not accuracy.
Burrell didn’t show up again and coasted on one camp result…which is great and all for people who just look at the rankings…but some of us know. He’s an exceptional kickoff specialist, probably top 5 in the country and was a true freshman…but he’s never shown SEC field goal specialist accuracy. Not saying he can’t get better…but those saying ‘he was a top rated kicker…he should kick field goals at LSU’ aren’t relying on something he’s ever shown.

IIRC someone asked Brian Kelly about him kicking field goals and he said he might hit one clean from 50 yards and the very next one ends up going sideways.
