2a but they get to choose football players from 5a enrollment as they are the only school with football in the parish. Its complete BS
now as far as Curtis, dont blame him for wanting to leave the state, especially if i grew up in the a-hole of the state.
as far as his play, he is stiff as shite and not that fast. will have to be a middle LB at next level but still not sure he has the athletism to be a stud.
good luck to him at USC, i hope he does well, i will pull for him. as far as many goes....hope they lose every game until they get moved to select ball.

Why move them to select when it's an obvious public school? I don't hear people talking this same crap about the other publics in the same situation. I also don't recall anyone bitching when private schools were able to recruit.

What does this mean? From a 5A district geographically size wise? I get the sabine parish thing but they show 360 kids 9-12th, less than both Mansfield and Rosepine. Both 2A schools. Logansport a 1a school shows 175 9-12. They seem to be classified properly according to enrollment numbers. The LHSAA select vs non select criteria is a shite show but thats everyone in the entire state's issue.

What other publics are in the same situation? Jess Curtis bitched and whined for years while getting his arse kicked and was one of the main pushers for a split. Now, he’s manipulating the fact that his school is the only school in the parish that plays football and gets to choose from a 5A number of football players while playing against schools with a 2A enrollment and 2A numbers. It’s chicken shite.

I get that it's a highlight reel, but pretty much every one of his defensive highlights involve him having the luxury of watching a play develop while everyone else is up at the line containing the play, getting a ten-yard full head of steam, and basically crushing a tackling dummy. Like show me the play that actually puts him against a ball carrier who even has the chance to see him coming
