I also think they'll take two RBs if they can get two good ones. I don't think it'll be a reflection on anyone we currently have. Next year Curry, if he stays, will be in his fourth year, TDP and Emery will be in their 3rd and eligible to leave for the NFL. Two RBs would give us Bradford and the two for 2022 plus anyone who stays. It'll be good management and insurance to look beyond next year and cover the contingencies.

Who said he’s opting out?

I don’t think we take 2 rbs.

We will take to RB 's if it's one of three in particular.

Would like to get Goodwin. Are we back in that conversation now?

Camar, Armoni, and LJ? Or maybe Donovan Edwards?

Yes, believe it's between Auburn, Alabama, Clemson, and LSU.

Realistic Finish:

Maason Smith (DL)
Damarius McGhee (CB)
Kimo Makaneole (OL)
Jordan Moko (OL)
Jardin Gilbert (S)

If any more players decommit, could possibly add another OL or LB. Not sure if 5 Safety's are too much, if we have a deficit in OLineman.

Total points with those 5 are: 301.31

Still would be the best LSU recruiting class ever.

Safety is up there.

You return 3 scholarship safeties in Todd Harris, Mo Hampton, and Jordan Toles. Some of these incoming freshmen will receive playing time, no doubt.

Definitely thin at OL and CB.

Maason Smith (DL)
Damarius McGhee (CB)
Tristan Leigh (OL)
OL
OL
One of Langston/Foreman/Goodwin/Thomas or LB or CB or save spot for transfer

We're thin at DT too.

Depth at DT will depend upon the current team recruiting effort by the coaches. There are currently 7 300+# DL.
Will Joseph Evans remain at DT or go back to OL.
Will Logan or Farrell Jr return next year.
Given their limits in the class, Logan, Farrell, or maybe even Ika will be the most important recruits the coaches need to close.

THIS! Can't overstate it. We need an OL similar to what we had in 2019 to compete and WIN! It all starts up front with protection and establishing a run game for balance.

Would love to fit Leigh in that list, then we would go from one OL commit to 4 total in the matter of a few days.. we need it bad
