Oh no doubt about that. He’ll get much much better and he has a lot of tools to work with already.

Really big kid. Can do Lot of damage with his arm. He has to work on using his feet . I feel with his talents and the right coaching kid could be special. The Georgia offer is impressive.

I read a quote from his coach (Hank Tierney) that said he's one of the smartest kids he's ever coached and picks things up really quick. This kid is only going to get better with experience and get his body right over the next two years. He has a great offensive coordinator (Trey Willie) who played in the spread as a college QB and is teaching this kid college concepts.

Bama UGA UL petrino has an eye for talent. Those 3 offers tell me what I need to know about his talent.

I hope he can also turn into cam newton off the football field. I sure haven’t heard anything in quite a few years to give me pause. Cam newton is exactly who he should be and folks need to stop with the hate.

hope we can hold onto him.

40 TDs in a season? I’ll take that

This guy is not elite. Sorry I hope he improves
But he could barely complete a pass his freshman year

How far can he throw it on one knee from the 50?

Just to play devils advocate here. In all of college football how many teams have a QB that is considered “elite”?
TJ has a TON of qualities you look for. He has a tremendous foundation that coaches will look to build on. That’s why these top tier teams across the country have taken notice and are after him.

From 247. Bama was left out.
Selective news from 247...

He doesn’t have the arm of Jamarcus. He’s accurate though and has a really quick release for how big he is.
I've never seen an arm like Jamarcus; neither before or since. He has a special gift in that delivery.

No way he improves! Not enough time

Good thing he had what's called a solid sophomore season on a bad team and impressed so much in camps recently he's getting a big ratings bump and schools such as Auburn, Georgia, Alabama, Baylor, Kentucky, Louisville, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, North Carolina on top of us offered a sophomore in high school a scholarship.
But yeah, let's go back to 18 months ago as if that matters now.

It does matter now. But for the reasons you said, not the reason he did. His improvement matters. He's showing physical development and the ability to receive coaching. It's important that coaches evaluating him aren't seeing the same mistakes being made in both his freshman and sophomore years.
That he wasn't good 18 months ago isn't an issue. That he's improved is a huge plus.
