I’m not going to get excited about an offensive lineman committing after all the guys who transfer out right away. Hope he’s a good one though.

Umm.....interesting that O and LSU will have someone commit and only be a 3 star! Does O think his evaluation is better than 247 and ESPN?

Well we were reassured that Hanner Shipley and Seth Stewart were way better than their ranking and they were both gone before the start of their freshman season. Hell highly ranked recruits like CVO and Willie Allen never played a down I believe. Traore was the top rated JUCO offensive lineman and was a huge liability last year. Offensive line recruiting is a total crapshoot.

OL recruits are some of the more difficult to project.

Alabama has 4 3 star commits right now for their 2020 team. Their first pick in this year’s draft was a 3 star commit.

Absolutely! STA is a great program (Athletic and Academics) and they throw the ball a lot, so he should already have a fundamental knowledge of pass blocking......

You make some valid points, but those situations happen at every school. Some kids just don’t pan out. We need bodies up front right now. Between last year and this years class, we should have enough to give us quality depth on the offensive line so it’s not a liability.

He looks solid, if he indeed signs with LSU he will be a good contributor. Has a nasty attitude sometimes.
