Maybe so, but who cares if we got the players we targeted.

because we were all told 2019 we would have the number 1 class and even with all the studs we get it still wouldn't be number one

Just for curiosity's sake, which of these players are out-of-state?

I bolded the ones I know are OOS and didn't include Noah since he was at the Elite Junior day and has stated he still considers Louisiana as home.

Thanks !!!

Based on absolutely nothing but gut feelings the guys I bolded are the guys I feel good about. I think that's 16 guys, and that would be a great start.

Umm.. Yes please.
That would be a ranking of 320.23
Since 2010 that's only been bested twice.
2018 Georgia (323.31) and 2017 Alabama (323.87).
Only 4 of the 27 are currently below 4 star. (including kicker and long snapper)

if we got that class, you can pencil in playoffs for 2020 and 2021.

You could give Orgeron this class, and add Georgia’s 2018 class, and he’s not coaching us to the playoffs.

Got all the Louisiana recruits we were after in 2018 except the QB......if we do this in 2019 will be one of the best classes ever for LSU!

Not saying you're wrong, but why do you say this? What do they have to do with each other?

I think Bama will get one of them.

I'm not projecting Dean to LSU right now either. Good thing is, there are other high quality guys at those positions that we can get.

Grant Gunnell (TX), Noah Cain (FL, but is a BR guy so he may not count, Jalen Curry (TX), Kenyon Green (TX), Javonne Shepherd (TX), Marcus Stripling (TX), Eric Gregory (FL), Nathan Pickering (MS), Nakobe Dean (MS), Maurice Hampton (TN), Jamal Morris (TX), Will Reichard (AL), and Quentin Skinner (GA)

So if this happened to be the class, there would be 13 OOS recruits.

2/3 would be an unqualified success. 3/3 is a pipe dream.
