Gimme the CB outta the 2, and shift focus elsewhere DT, Edge, and LB oh and maybe a RB

Interesting prospects.
Excerts from 247 Article on FSU potential portal targets. FSU 247 Article
"Ja'Had Carter is a three-year starter in the ACC who’s gotten better year-over-year from an efficiency standpoint.
In addition to experience, the native of Richmond, Va. brings a lot of versatility to the table with the ability to play multiple safety spots or defender the slot. He’s not elite in any one area, but very solid all around. Sort of a jack of all trades."
"**CB Duce Chestnut, Syracuse: The New Jersey native was great as a rookie in 2021 and followed that up with an impressive 2022 campaign (76.7 PFF Grade). This is a player who, I believe, FSU will have some interest in. But with recruitments heating up for transfers Fentrell Cypress and Davonte Brown, I don’t anticipate a strong push here from the Seminoles for now."

FSU is interesting… Their strategy is nearly straight portal. The HS signee class is ranked 25th

Recruiting is fluid, but at this point safety is a bigger need

I still would like a C, but I don't think it's a need. Will likely be the only weak spot on the O-line.

Thanks, I totally forgot center position
We will get one
We will get one

I think Turner and Martinez both can play center in the SEC and didn't we just sign a recruit specially to play center. Biggest needs now after the transfers today is at Linebacker.

We need some LB’s bad
This take makes no sense to me.
If you find just an absolute stud sure take him but this narrative that we’re somehow thin at linebacker is patently false.

Their consensus rank is 19.

It’s a delicate balance for sure. Definitely gonna be a supplement for most teams moving forward for some positions I’d imagine but you don’t want to end up in a cycle wear you turn over tons of kids every year either.
If I were an FSU fan, I wouldn’t worry though. norvell is an outstanding coach.

I would love the safety.
I think lsu needs another proven safety while the new kids learn
