Awwww. You could be flooded or have no roof. Capital Heights has no power either in spots. But if you're really concerned:

Yep capital heights. Neighbor was sitting outside eating cereal when I got home
I didn't see any trucks on my way home though.

Motorboat, the people that are flooded (for the most part) CHOSE to live in low-lying areas. Get over yourself. There is nothing wrong with people bitching about the heat.

Ditto man, I'm tired of people comparing and getting mad about people talking about being without power

Well said Stan! Besides...I'd rather hear from actual people than look at a map with a bunch of triangles!

Not sure where he got this from, but a friend just texted me that Entergy expects to have power to all neighborhoods restored by Wednesday.

I'm in Walker without power.
38% of DEMCO in LP is still out as of now.

You'd get real tired of the complaining if it stays out for 2 weeks like Gustav. This is minor, so suck it up and deal with it.

As of 9 AM, Bluebonnet between Perkins and Highland.

I am dealing with it, by complaining and I went through Gustav, won't make this situation better. Thanks.

If you have power then SU and GTFO of this thread! You shouldnt be here anyway! This is for people WITHOUT power! Go troll somewhere else!
And for the record, we WERE out for 2 weeks for Gustav and I'm still complaining!

Capital Heights people: I heard from a friend that works for the property management company for The Patrician on S. Foster that a tree fell on some power lines at the condo/apartment property across the street. That then caught on fire etc. Supposedly that will be repaired sometime between Sunday and Thursday. She is my neighbor in Capital Heights and they evidently spoke direct to Entergy on this. Just an FYI as we may be SOL for a while.
