what else is a message board for other than bitching about things we have no control over.

I wasn't aware that was the purpose of a message board.

Sucks that they don't have undergrown lines. Would probably save them most of the time.

Then people would complain more about the cost.

Dude, I'm not the only one that's tired of the bitching.

If complaining is your bag though, then tune to talk radio. There's plenty of old ladies calling in that can't understand why power hasn't been restored to their trailer.

People have to bitch. You don't see the farmers bitching they don't have power. They have more important things to worry about.

I disagree. It's American nature for sure though.

You don't think it's human nature to complain? That it's something unique to America?

Checking in at Highland Creek with no power. There are two grids in my neighborhood, unfortunately I'm not on the intact grid.

Not the thread to discuss if it is or is not human nature, but I stand by my comments.

Power has been restored at DOTD and at Bobbys House.

How do you know when an electrical line is fully grown?

Dude shut up already. Would you rather DOTD not have power so te engineers and others could work on assessing and putting a plan in action to deal with road closures and drainage issues? It's been a little over a day. Get over it and quit bitching in every thread. I don't have power, and I'm living just fine.

Huh? I didn't say anything about it other then we(DOTD) were out of power.

I'm not the one bitching about not having power. I don't have power at home, and when I finally got into work for my shift we lost power.

ridiculous

Why is it ridiculous? Do you have any idea why you don't have power? I mean, do you know exactly the problem and how to fix it or what it requires? if you do, then go hop on an Entergy truck and lend a hand.
