Isaac is starting to cook some gumbo here.

Sustained winds and rain are picking up.

Great news for BR!

I think the only way shallow root trees will go down with these winds is from a saturated storm. That dry air may save a lot of oaks.

I know you know this, but conditions are only going to deteriorate from here....

Just had strongest come through near overpass.. It was weird, wind shifted 360 for about 20 seconds and then bam..came back the other way on the quick

I have relatives in the False River area who are out of power and are relying on a generator. That's fairly routine for any rural Entergy customer, though.

They said light wind is all they've had so far.

One of my roommates went back to his parents house for the storm. They are out of power and we still have it
