Watson,1019 south. Haven't lost power yet,Dish network is starting to drop out but we have some pretty good winds. Just got off my roof nailing down shingles.that flew off. that shite was a blast in 40mph winds with big gusts.

BTW- Demco here but I can hear generators running off in the distance so I'm not counting my chickens just yet.

Watson here. I was checking out the Demco website and their map with the bubbles. They are showing one location out with 3500 subscribers, but I don't think they have near they many homes in the area. I like the Entergy one much better with the power lines so you can see why.

Finally lost power out here in Springfield about 3:00. We held out food for longer than I thought!

Just North of Denham, between DS and Watson. A few blinks (had to reset the modem) but other than that ... full steam ahead. BTW, could you link the Entergy map? I have Demco but would love to see what that one looks like.

I have lots of friends in Port Vincent and below...how are things in the Southern part of the Parish?

Port Vincent out of power here-demco. Rain still coming down, heard reports that we are looking at year 2000 level flooding, not quite 1983 level. But who knows, if it doesn't staop raining soon things could change.

There are lots of LP specific fb pages to like for updates. Livingston parish sheriff, city of Denham springs, Denham springs police, walker police, Livingston parish veterans association, all constantly updating Facebook pages with news, trees down, etc.
