One more convection burst at the COC right as it got to Plaquemine. You can see it on their infrared on TWC, last frame.

Ed Rappaport from NHC not painting a great picture for BR. He's Pat Shinleton's guest on 6 o'clock news. He said BR will remember storm for long duration of bad weather.
