Can anyone help me out deciding between the 2?
Memphis area. Thinking palisades maybe the safe bet but heard good things about el toro also.

I went with Palisades - very happy with it.

I chose palisade because that was what available near me. So far it's been great and my favorite grass I've had. El Toro is very similar from what I've read.

I had el toro in the past and was very happy with it. I bought it because it’s what was available. From what I understand, the two are very similar. I’d go with what is cheaper between the two because of that.
