0Moles have been busting my chops, anyone know if the freeze will kill them??

Moles are destroying my yard as we speak. I've tried everything. I once heard the only way to get rid of them is to move. I bought a scissors trap last year but haven't had any luck with it yet. Guess I'm doing something wrong. Tried bait, smoke bombs, grub poison but nothing has helped.
