Just wondering what y’all use for everyday outdoor caulking.
I have a bunch of areas on a new rental house that need patched-up (exterior windows, electrical outlets, patio roofing, etc) and I’d like to hit it all with one thing if possible.

I’ve used Lexel, OSI quad max, etc quite a bit in the past for random exterior jobs, but they’re not cheap. I know a bunch of people swear by flex seal, but I’ve never used it before. Just looking for suggestions since a bunch on here have a ton of experience

Geocel. Gutter installers left some of this behind once. It’s amazing. They make some for other applications as well… general, electrical, roofing, etc.

The window guys in Lafayette (Dave's) use Quad.

There’s no such thing as cheap exterior caulk OP. I use a lot of NP1 but I have quite a bit of stucco, not sure if it’s the best for everything. It’s expensive but it’s all within $1-2 of each other for the most part.
