Stained my front facing fence a few months ago with good results, but it's gotten lighter and is a little too orange for my taste. I may either go over it with another coat, or go over with a slightly darker stain.

I ran into this issue the last time I did a clear stain on my deck on my last house. It kept changing on me.

Took 2.5 days of use-or-lose leave to have a 4.5 day weekend starting today, finally have cooler weather to use it with too. Replacing an outdated 50" TV with new one, washing my vehicles, see if I can get my dad's old Karcher 2000QT pressure washer going again, and then go to the local lumber yard for some stuff to finally build a heavy-duty work bench in my backyard. That's just for today...
I have closet shelving and flooring work for the rest of my "time off".

I have not stopped trimming vines at my mother's house. Hige difference but ehat id give to be able to have a burn pile. Back in the day when my great grandmother lived there she would have a massive burn pile and the fire department would come talk to her every time. She would tell them what day she was going to burn again if they wanted to come visit

I went through that years ago, clearing vines from the back of my old property but couldn't burn them. Tried bagging them but that was quickly found to be a miserable chore. Went to HF and got a 5HP chipper/shredder just to see and it worked amazingly well. I tuned up the cutters myself before first use, made sure they were truly sharp. Made short work of the vines, dead oak limbs and other stuff, had mulch I could easily shovel most into bags and some spread along the back fence.

9k septic and plumbing repair.
Old house on 20 acres, needless to say I'm very jealous of the organize my shed, and sweep the garage comments.
I've got 3 mature oak trees on the ground from the last storm, need regrade the driveway, spray about 40 gallons of weed killer, then 20 gallons of talstar. That's the top few on my list.

Got the old Karcher pressure washer working, little Tecumseh flathead vertical shaft engine with the carburetor bolted on with some of the most inacessible hardware possible. Luckily no need to pull it, the fuel float bowl nut is also the high jet, it had some varnish and sludge but no corrosion, easiest carburetor clean up ever. Replaced old fuel line with new, freed float needle with WD40, slapped it back together, added fresh fuel, and it fired up on the second pull. This isn't even a good Tecumseh engine but it is miles better than the B&S and PowerMore junk that is avalable today. Pressure washer itself seems to work fine for a little 2000psi/2.0GPM unit you just pick up and carry to where it's needed.
