What to do with these sun bleached floors?

Trying to figure out my options with these sun bleached floors. Also, not sure of the type of wood if anyone can tell. Any help is appreciated.

Sand, restain and seal. Very common.

I'll say this for them------they've got character and that is not to everyone's liking with all the knots, cracks and blemishes in the wood.

Looks like white oak to me. Very nice, is it installed over concrete? I’d like to have similar.

thats called petina

its a preferred look that most people will pay more to have in their house
