Is this a mandatory degreaser type job and im being dumb.

Well, food grease, like any oil, is hydrophobic and no amount of cold pressure washing will do much which is why heavy equipment and such is cleaned with a hot water pressure washer or steam Jenny. What I do is lightly dampen the areas and sprinkle powered laundry or dishwasher detergent on them, really grind it in and let it set for a few hours if not a day or too.

So is anyone in here of the opinion that a 4400psi unit would do what im wanting to do. Make a patio and driveway white

I have a 1600psi Ryobi and it will clean anything I do around the house including driveways. People think putting a crazy amount of pressure on your concrete is always the answer but really you are just weakening the surface in the long run. You will eventually get cracking and chipping all over the area you were cleaning

Borrowed my buddies electric green something for some small jobs around the house. Worked fine for what I needed. Went to Lowe's yesterday and they had it on sale for 99.00. Normally 147.00 and came with a soap bottle attachment and a round sprayer attachment for floors.

I got one of the Greenworks as well. I had to replace the trigger/handle due to the plastic cracking, but other than that it’s been great.

I use it like a prewash. Soak whatever I'm washing with the mixture, let it sit for 5-10 min, then hit it with the pressure washer.

I use either Jo-Max & Clorox Outdoor mix or the 30 Second Cleaner to get the stains off.

Do you use these with/in the pressure washer or just separate?

i spray straight bleach through a backpack pump sprayer on my outside brick to get rid of mildew. i used to use a power washer but it killed the brick. bleach works great

I have one of those small Greenworks 1700 or 1800 psi electric ones that I bought with the full intention of returning it because I had zero faith it would be worth a crap.

Ive thought of getting one of these to keep at the camp to wash the mud off of atvs and buggies. We have " clays of the blackbelt" soils and when it dries it gets really hard. Like hard enough that if there is a stick or rock in it it will cut the rubber cv boots.

Does it have enough pressure to do that? I have a 3500 psi gas one at home but its a pain to take it back and forth...

Pre-soak is key. I have a 4400, but most of what I do around the house is at probably 2000 to 2500. The only time I crank it up to full is for the driveway surface cleaner. Bc it has two tips. Worst thing you can do on concrete is to blow away or damage the creme.

As was said earlier the gallons per minute is just as important as the pressure. A 2 GPM 2500 psi will not clean as well as a 3 or 3.5 GPM 2500 psi unit. You need volume and pressure.

Immediate clean-up is required for oil/grease spills on concrete. If left to sit for more than a minute, clean it up and just give the stain a name and move on.
