Got a little roughed up from all the ice here recently. Bent where some of the metals fits together and kinda warped all the way around. What do these things cost plus installation roughly? Wife wants to file it on insurance but im kinda hesitant. I'm not the very handy type so excuse my ignorance. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

man you are lucky you were not a little further north

pretty much all of those awnings up here collapsed

and it all seemed to happen within like 2 hours, kinda crazy how it went from nothing to all of a sudden people all over FB were posting about their awning collapsing

I had a friend in Haughton that went out to get firewood and his collapsed on him. Died in the hospital the next day.

Leaves a wife and sophomore in HS behind.

I got a price on one like that but maybe double the size precovid at just over 6k. So I would think about half that except higher now with construction prices jacked up, so prob around 3.5-4K

The roof pans are pretty cheap to replace, that appears to be what is damaged on your cover

Having one installed next week. 14x12 flat pan with alumawood. Posts will be 4x4 wrapped to look like 6x6. Will cut gutters to attach at fascia and includes digging, pouring footers and installing new posts. Alumawood with Santa Fe package. $3500 installed. I'm in Dallas.

Wanted cedar but after getting quotes of $10k+ said frick that.

Similar to this:

For a basic one like yours, I got quotes from $1800 to $2300 for 14x12
