Upstairs cigar bonus room tips

House has an upstairs bonus room and bathroom- this is all that's upstairs other than the attic. I want to turn it into a gameroom/mancave where an occasional cigar will be smoked.
It has a separate HVAC system from the rest of the house. I was planning on getting one of those Rabbit Air purifiers and pretty much calling it a day.
Reading online, the consensus seems to be that smoke is "lighter" than air and will generally ventilate upwards, so since the upstairs is on it's own HVAC system, there's pretty much no way for the smoke to infiltrate the house.
Does anyone else have any thoughts on how to do this? Should I get a window fan, too?
Thanks

I have no expertise on this, but have an occasional cigar. I would definitely get a window fan as well. Not sure how much air that’ll move as opposed to ceiling exhaust fans with ducts exiting to your soffits. Cigar smoke is a pungent/lingering smell.

thanks for that idea. seems like it would create a negative pressure upstairs which would also help a ton in keeping the smoke isolated

Friends of mine who have done this got a ventilation fan. A window fan will only move so much smoke.
Seal the door with weatherstripping, as well.

yeah I did some research and decided I'll get a 500-600 cfm exhaust fan for the room in addition to the air purifier.
wont be too hard to run some ductwork outside

You might be able to fight it back some, but I bet no matter what you do, there will be a slight funk in your house.
If you can live with that, go for it.

This. I find cigar smoke at least as offensive as cigarette smoke since it is so pungent and that crap will add to the aroma of the whole house.
Hell, just smoking one and then walking around the house in the same clothes is going to bring that stench into the living area. Your wife will figure it out for you.
How nice is your patio???

Give your wife the bonus room and build you an outside cigar shed.

I would get a large vent fan (at least 100 CFM). pay a little extra for a quiet one (1.5 sones or less )

Is there such a thing in this situation?

What I saw recommended air replacement 10x/hr for cigar smoke and the volume of my room needs about 550ish cfm to accomplish that
