Plan on planting tomatoes, peppers, squash, zucchini, green beans, corn, watermelons, cantaloupe and cucumbers this year. Is it too early to plant tomorrow ((3/5/2023)?

Planted tomatoes this week and I'm in Dallas. I'm gambling but with the tomato plants still small, it's easy to protect them if there is another freeze.

Some models have a cold front coming end of next week beginning of the week following.

Depending on how far north you are I’d hold another week, but I understand the itch.

I’m in AP and couldn’t wait anymore. I but my tomatoes, green beans, belles, cukes, jalapeños, and some blackberry plants down yesterday. I planted a few beet seeds to hopefully get one more pick of them. I’ll watch the weather next week and cover if i have to especially the cukes but accuweather has a low of 50 here. Weather was too nice for me to hold off. Also dis 3 grow bags for potato for the first time.

I planted an Early Girl and Cherry Tomato. Will plant 1 cucumber today and hold off until the end of the month for everything else.
