Put my fertilizer out on Tax Day…is it too early to put something else in the grass right now as things are getting ready to heat up.

Suggestions on what to put out and should I wait a couple more weeks?

Maybe insecticide right now.
What grass type?
Wait till mid July for second round of fertilizer.

Bermuda I'm doing 30-0-4 expert Gardner from Walmart every 30 days. It's excellent quality.

This has always been my mantra until I Kept reading that some of my weed issues could be from low N. Added some for the first time this year along with a pre-emergent for annual lespedeza, and there's none in the yard thus far.

I’m currently using 33-3-6 50% pcu. It’s an awesome fert but not for me. I used all the remaining 46-0-0 last year. If you’re a frequent mower then that’s where it’s at.

I’ve fertilized a lot this year because of the high amounts of rain we’ve received in central Alabama. I’ve never seen any ill effects from over fertilizing, though I’m sure there’s a tipping point. I just haven’t found it with Bermuda, lol.
