If in BTR, by far the best guy to locate and repair small jobs with roof leaks. The only guy I recommend.

I want to close the loop on this leak issue. After having one of the largest roofing contractors in BR charge me $1,500 and make the leak worse and then want another $1,500 to do more work… I called Tri21 roofing. Great experience. The owner is really helpful and does an extremely thorough initial evaluation. They found a bunch of issues the large contractor didn’t even see. Their price problem was a leak from the stucco and various other areas that weren’t installed properly.
Their price was half of the large contractor. They were scheduled to repair the roof this Friday but with the storm coming they came out today and fixed it. I was very impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to call them for any roofing needs. I hope this helps someone else too.

Well..........what exactly was the problem?

Had an occurrence with wind lifting the roofing at left yellow arrow. Water was being forced uphill onto the dormer's roof and where it'd come back down and into the house. Before finally show up on a downstairs wall. A tube of gray butyl caulk along the roof of the dormer and it stayed stuck down. Key was it only happened in big storms.
eta: lifted them up however far a chalk gun would reach - up under all the shingles
