Pest control BR area recommendation

Does anybody recommend a company. I don’t mind calling one of the big companies, but I’d prefer someone local who knows what they’re doing.
We have a few rent houses and I no longer live in Baton Rouge, so I can’t DYI anymore.

Call around and find the best price.
They will all have decent customer service but the pricing will be different.
Like 1 initial upfront fee and then quarterly payments of like $100-$200.
