We've had our purple for around 6 years now.
I will say it is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. The commercials claim no pressure points and it is true.
Ours did develop a little sinking where we sleep. I think all beds will do that anyway, but it doesn't bother us at all. Still super comfy.
We have an older version that doesn't have the same layers as the new ones.
I will buy again.

quote:Sleep on it two nights now. It's firm. A lot firmer than the old, traditional Beautyrest pillow-top that I had. The wife thought it was too firm when she laid on it, but she was asleep within 5 minutes. I contacted T&N yesterday about possibly returning it due to it being too firm. They told me that it should soften up over a few days, but they would send me a free mattress topper in the meantime. Overall, I'm happy with it.
Keep us updated on the hybrid. Interested in it.

We have a Wink and it is great. Use it for 120 days, if you don’t like it simply throw it out and get a full refund, can’t lose. 1500 with instant 300 discount, great terms great mattress. Literally nothing to lose.

Bumping. How is the tuft and needle after a week?

Haven’t slept on the wink yet because it’s going in the new house but first opinion is it’s a damn fine mattress

After reading reviews I bought the Brooklyn Bedding. Says production time is 7-10 days then it ships via FedEx. I’ll update along the way.

We have the King Size Purple Hybrid Premier (3 inch). It’s only been a few weeks and it’s been great. Super firm and the coolest temperature mattress I’ve ever slept on. I get cold on the thing which never happens to me.

Lucid 10 from Amazon. Love it.

I opened this thread thinking it was some kinda redneck way to grow a garden in a mattress.

Damn that’s a tough call. Do you feel like you would up the firmness at all if you could or you think soft is just right?

I hate a firm bed so the softer the better for me. I like sleeping on a cloud

Tuft and Needle. Still bad arse years later.

I forgot what brand we went with, it has been quite a few years (8 maybe?) but we got a latex mattress from a brand recommended by www.sleeplikethedead.com. It has held up well and is just now starting to get the slightest depression, not anything I am worried about, it is still plenty firm.

The Brooklyn bedding is very comfortable but I find it gets hot. I bought their mattress Protector so I’m sure that’s doing no favors. May give it a shot without that? Any suggestions otherwise?

Just ordered me a soft winkbed. Seemed like it had the most consistent reviews and it is made in the US

I posted a similar query a few months ago. Ended up buying a Saatva mid firmness. Had to return and get the firm. It’s fine....nicely finished, no annoying poofy pillow top and is quite firm. Doesn’t hold heat, either.
