I just ordered a 10 pack of injection molded 15 gallon pots on eBay. It was about $15 cheaper than Amazon and shipped from the US. Hopefully the quality is good.
I'll be putting a mango, cattley guava, and lemon in three of them. That means I need to get 7 more tropicals. Thinking about a Kari Starfruit but they're toxic to dogs and my dogs eat everything. I'm looking at your difficulty list in the OP and thinking I might order a sapodilla.

I wish I could tell you there's help out there if you ask for it. But there isn't.
Are you willing to eventually up pot to 25g pots or is 15g your max? Will change my suggestions.
If you decide to do sapodilla there are only 2 true dwarf varieties suitable for containers and I'd strongly recommend Silas Wood over Makok if production is your main goal.

I'll probably put my guavas and mango in 25 gallon pots eventually but yeah, I don't have very much room on my patio.

Thanks, looks like most places are out of stock. This will probably be a next spring purchase.
ETA: oh snap, Lara Farms has them in stock.

Just noticed that right before you posted. Just ordered the one gallon, thanks.

It's possible but they hate our climate. They want to be dry/low humidity. Lara farms sells a Vietnamese variety that allegedly handles it better but he freely admits the taste is not as good as store pomegranates.
ETA: had no idea your link was to Lara and that particular tree.

How do you find that lady on Facebook? I can't seem to locate her.

Stuff that could do well long term in 15g (with root pruning):
Miracle berry
Suriname cherry
Cherry of the Rio Grande
Pitomba
Dwarf jaboticaba
Dwarf guava nana
Not tropical but have done very well for me in 15g: meiwa kumquat, figs, loquat.
And you can honestly make almost anything work in 15g with the right level of skill. Won't be easy though. Video link in the OP is proof.

It’s in a 15 gal pot
It’s got 4.5” caliper trunk
It’s about 30-32” tall and 36” across
Pretty good branch structure but not large
Also wanted to show a male and female flower open right next to each other on my Reed
Also love bugs doing work!

Very nice. I'd let that mango hold two fruits, one on each side of the tree this season. Would not risk any more.

The mango grove rebuild starts today.
A 25 gallon Pickering to replace a lost soldier.
Got Sweet Tart, Orange Sherbet and Glenn coming soon.

Looks like Guava is getting ready
I also just noticed this on my pomegranate. This is the Salvatski variety.

HELL. YES.
I knew you'd rebuild. Life is too short to not grow the king of fruits. I think this is pretty fortuitous as I also got in a new Cecilove today to replace the one in the ground that I shovel killed. Here it is next to the other Cecilove that I nursed back to health. Big one is going in the ground and small one is going in a pot as insurance. If my in ground succeeds I'll sell the potted one. Let's roll baws.
