Just bought a new home and long story short I need the home rekeyed and a new alarm/monitoring service immediately. Who is the recommended go-to for alarm services and monitoring in the Lafayette area? Home is already wired and all of that.

No, my dog doesn’t call the police nor do I. With my dog there isn’t a need to have to call them. It’s a very good deterrent. An alarm or security is a total waste of money. They won’t stop an intruder, but you can bank it that most dogs will.

What equipment do they use?
I am looking at simplisafe right now as my non-local option and only thing that worries me is they are a little slow on getting up to speed with automation with other products.
