The Sears store in Katy is closed. It just sold tools and appliances and I liked it. Bought a freezer there in December and declined the service plan.

I brought in a craftsman breaker bar that was broke into the new store in Lafayette and they exchanged it with no questions asked. Tool was well over 30 years old. That’s my only feedback on the new store.

ITT I learned that Sears is not only still open but has new stores. I really thought the whole brand was defunct.
