Highs are at 89 the next handful of days. I have a bag of Lesco 24-0-11 I never got to put down before the summer.

Is it safe to apply it this week in the AM and water in?

I’m in the north FW burbs and also have clay. Just put down 30-0-0 a week ago. Yard is the best it’s ever been. Supposedly we go back to 2022-2023 style summer in 5 more days though so hurry up.

I'm west of you in Fort Worth. I applied some 25-0-15 at the beginning of summer and haven't had to do anything else. I'm cutting my palisades zoysia twice a week.

Popping back in to say this is the only fertilizer that I’ve seen noticeable results with in the 4 years I’ve lived in this house.

Won’t buy anything else from now on.

Eh, 30-0-0 cheap and easy. All come with additives. Rotate iron and sulfur. Put down some cheap Walmart 10-10-10 in the fall.

That's awesome, but there are so many variables.

Perhaps you've mowed more frequently this year than ever before.
Perhaps you've gotten the perfect amount of rainfall or you've kept up with your watering better this year.
The list goes on...

Seems like Lesco 15-0-15 with 2-3% iron that I buy at Home Depot really works well on my Zoysia and Centipede. For some reason the Home Depot Lesco works better on my yard than the Lesco I buy at Site One. It’s a noticeable difference and I’ve tried them all over the last 8 years.
