Fixing cracks, repainting garage floor

Looking to take on a project of fixing these cracks and repainting the garage floor, but I am kind of a rookie when it comes to this type of work. 30 years ago when we bought the house these cracks were patched and fairly smooth looking, but time takes a toll.
If I have fairly decent DIY skills, does this look like a DIY type project?
Obviously, I'd have to clear out the cracks of any loose debris and such, but not sure of next steps after that and what type of cement would best work to patch this up so that it can be painted over? Thoughts?
Looking to sell the house within 3 years so not wanting to spend a ton.

Never murder someone in your garage. Earse these pix before someone sees the blood all over floor!

thats a pretty bad crack I dont think you will be able to do anything to fix that where it doesnt reappear later.

I would get elevations first to see what you are dealing with but it almost looks like the slab crowns where the 3 cracks come together. Just based on the pictures I think the interior of the slab wanted to stay put and the exterior settled.
If you have a place around you that rents surveying tools a zip level will get you elevations quickly and easily.
