Fertilizer for Satsuma Trees

Located on the Northshore - is it ok to fertilize my trees now? Just a basic triple 8 or is there another recommendation?
Also, when do I prune everything back?
Trees are going on 4 years old, never have produced fruit and are still somewhat small (maybe 3-4 feet tall). They were in large pots in 2022, transplanted into the ground in 2023, so now a full year in the ground.

I use 3-13 in mid Feb. and 100% nitrogen in July.

Triple 13 on Valentine’s Day, calcium nitrate on Father’s Day.
I’d wait until April.

888. 1.5 pounds per every year old of tree. For example, 6 year old tree gets 9 pounds. Spread at drip line of tree. This is until the tree is 12 years old which will get 18 pounds. Not to exceed 18 pounds no matter the age. This info comes from a Louisiana Citrus growers co-op published years ago. We never pruned trees. Just cut suckers off base of tree.

Are your trees blooming and dropping the fruit, or never blooming at all?

Very minimal blooms, maybe 4-5 blooms then they drop

I use Ironite on everything, it’s a mineral needed by all plants and trees. I also use 13-13-13.
