I had visions of purple and gold/yellow lights when we had our pool installed with the IntelliBrite LEDs. Afterwards, we find out they don’t do yellow. WTF??
Five years later, three in the pool are all dead. Only the spa light still works. No way in hell I’m paying those crazy prices to replace them.

If you can figure out whatever Kartchner’s puts in theirs, do that.
It’s crazy good, but damn expensive for what it is.
Rev fiber is great if it’s available in your neighborhood. Support is local, which is great, too.

You could try spraying mint oil. It works to deter rodents, spiders and some other critters, but I’ve heard it can be toxic for dogs, so that’s something to consider.
My wife bought several of her spice mixes. I have no problem with spicy food, but damn her mixes are all too hot. The heat overpowers the flavor, unfortunately.
Check YouTube and see if there are DIY fix-it videos for your model. Something as simple as hair wrapped around the impeller shaft can cause them to not run. Mine runs a diagnostic at startup and if anything fails, it shuts down.
You can sign up for a free trial (currently 14 days, I think) if you've never signed up before. We were convinced long before the trial was over that we were going to ditch Cox for Rev internet and TYYV.
One of the smartest tech moves I've made.

Hi Neighbor on Jones Creek had some a couple of weeks ago. Not sure if they still have them, but would assume they do.
I use the AnyList app to import just about any recipe from a website. Until I tried the app, I had no idea that there was a standard used for online recipes that facilitates this. I’d say about 80% of the sites I’ve tried support it.

I've never used it myself, but you might want to look into MoCA adapters. Allows extending ethernet over coax cable at up to 2Gb speeds.
Price seems to average about $100 per pair or devices, which would give you one ethernet run. Just need another device at each point you want ethernet.
Enbrighten is GE, but the switch you linked is not a dimmer. Here’s their Zwave dimmer. LINK

If you want to stick with Zwave, look into Zooz dimmers/switches. Great products and their support is amazing.

If you have Rev fiber available in your area, make the switch. I ditched Cox and have zero regrets.
