My GE dishwasher went back out and needs another circuit board. It's a poor design and not interested in putting another $150 board in for a few months. So would prefer good electronics and decent engineering. Price <$2500. Thanks

I’ve owned two different Bosch dishwashers in two different houses and was very happy with it each time.

Quiet, cleans well, never had a repair issue.

Bosch seems to be the board recommendation on Dishwashers along with SQ for washing machines

Bosch. Here are a few screenshots from consumer reports that recommended models for 2024 in various categories. Tell me if you see a pattern. If I counted right, CR recommends 21 different dishwashers, Bosch is 13 of those 21. My daughter bought one on my recommendation a few years ago, she has nothing but good things to say about it.

We bought a mid level Kitchen Aide from Lowe's 10 years ago and haven't had any issues ... quiet and cleans well. Think at the time it was $600/$700 or so??

Bosch 800 DW.

Buy from Costco. Comes with an extra year warranty, and installation and removal of old dishwasher are included.

Yep

Bosch 1
KitchenAid 2

I bought a Kitchenaid back in 2020 or 2021 because Bosch wasn’t available due to Covid. They basically ran out and weren’t producing them to meet the demand. Bosch is the consensus pick that I agree with, but our newer KitchenAid has worked very well and I like the 3rd top rack I didn’t have previously (I’m sure multiple brands offer third racks)

Bosch, i love mine, it's not the one that has a heating element, it opens automatically to air dry and we never have issues. quiet little fella.
