Crack in top of pool steps......vertical crack how to repair.

The top of my pool steps (plastic?) has a crack in it. There is no danger of water leakage.
the problem is 2 years ago we had some reinforcement pumped under the pool and it raised on corner slightly higher than the other ( or the last two years one corner has settled more), and a crack with one side about a fifth of an inch higher than the other side. Of course this would cut a little kids foot if he stepped on it. Any ideas on what to do?
If it was just a crack I could fix it, but one side being higher is the problem.

Depends on how large the crack is, but I believe there is a sealer or epoxy you can fill with.

1/5 of an inch. Between 3/16 and 1/4? What kind of measuring tape you got there?
