Need the strongest and longest lasting brand for an electronic lock on my front door (and trail cams)

Thanks!

duracell is my go to, they seem to last the longest sitting on the shelve

with batteries you get what you pay for, the cheap ones often come out of the pack at half power

yeah, have found that out too. I usually do Energizer, be interesting to know if one is noticeably better than the other.

I quit buying duracell because they leak and ruin my shite. No complaints with Amazon Basic batteries.

Sanyo Eneloop. They run like a barefoot Kenyan.

I buy the 48 pack of Duracells at Sam’s for about $20, then change them at the first sign of weakness.

Amazon Basic have the best mAh-to-price ratio, Energizer lithium have the best mAh period but are expensive. I put lithium AA'a in expensive equipment because they don't leak and corrode and have very low self-discharge compared to other chemistries. Lithium batteries also handle temperature extremes better.

Are absolutely identical to retail Energizer alkaline batteries. They have exactly the same performance specifications.
