Anyone Used Home Depot 4 Kitchen Remodel?

Looking at using Homedepot for counter tops and cabinets. Any past experience knowledge is welcomed. Ive remodeled kitchens before myself but was a little lacking. Thinking of coming of a little more cash this round. Im a little cautious of going with a big box store but the designer lady seems to know her stuff. Just looking for any things I should know if I go this route. Thanks.

you will most likely be happy. Make certain you are familiar with the construction materials and methods on the boxes, know what you are buying. Same on the countertop

Their cabinets are junk, did a kitchen last year full of them.

I mostly agree. Although, their semi-custom all wood cabinets are better, they are still overpriced for what you get. They’re bumping up close to what a cabinet maker would charge. The matching crown is super high, one skin I ordered was over 300 dollars, I sent it back.

Don't remember the particular brand but all of the base cabinets needed considerable work to get them square enough just to install. Name-brand Euro-style soft-close door hinges and drawer guides but attached with minimal hardware and way out of level with the cabinet. Everything had to be taken apart and reattached. The uppers were a little better.
