Why Is El Gaucho Allowed To shite On Every Thread?

WTF lets him get away with his constant trolling? I know better than to read his posts but there's always somebody that doesn't know he's a shite-poster and they respond to him and the thread gets fricked up.

Apparently, El Gaucho won the turf war. He caught Lucas slippin, and now runs this territory. Shitty trade, I know. But, ultimately, it was Lucas that cracked. And you have to live with the results.
