Where Can I Make An Appeal?

Today I started the lunch thread, which I have been doing on most Fridays (which I understand doesn't give me any special privileges or anything, I am just saying there hasn't been a problem in the past).
For some reason my thread was removed and OWL was allowed to start the lunch thread.
Can I either make an appeal to get my lunch thread back or to get OWLs removed and let someone who isn't brain damaged start it?

Fred that daily thread sucks regardless of who starts it. I assume his was deleted out of pure amusement. At least that’s why I would do it.

What was hard to understand. On Friday I started the lunch thread... About 5 minutes later it was deleted and there was a lunch thread started by OWL.
I wanted to make an appeal to have my reinstated or at least have OWLs removed..
This is serious business and I will have my appeal ready and expect Fred to respond soon after.
