Tallking and music in ads

All was quiet, then suddenly a Rooms to Go ad starts playing a video and some gut telling me to "blah, blah, blah".
Make it stop!!

Yeah, these are becoming a problem.
There are two video ads at the bottom of TD and they are now both playing at the same time.
Is there a way to turn these off?

I've been having these for months. I was going to email chicken but I wasn't sure if they were intentional or not.

not intentional...I hate their existence. Working our best to get rid of them, but they are hard to eliminate totally.
