mY NAME IS "CAPS LOCK"... WOULDN'T IT BE WEIRD IF I DIDN'T POST IN ALL CAPS?
i CHECKED THE GUIDELINES/FAQ PAGE (FOUND HERE) AND DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING ABOUT POSTING WITH THE CAPS LOCK ON.

dumbass. i already tried the "theres nothing in the guidelines/faq" argument with the admins.
theres basically an unwritten annoyance clause that allows the admisn to do whatever they want.
