Been getting pop ups on coaching changes board

I am on iOS and get the same green mountain energy popup at the bottom of the screen. Happens about every 3rd page refresh and happens on the main CC board. It goes away when I refresh the page.

Have seen the same and seems to be on CC board. It forwards to some url with a McAfee warning popup trying to solicit a click for security scan. Using my Win 10 PC, Chrome.
Example url with space added after https: so it's not a clickable link:

I was getting the McAfee site thing - uninstalled chrome and reloaded it and it went away

I've been getting this re-direct, usually on OT, but on other boards occasionally. I have done a system restore and virus scan on my computer, but still get this:

I am getting a McAfee anti Virus screen. Just got one for was a MSN search for VA mortgage loans. I don't use MSN or have search loans of any type. I have never had McAfee anti virus either. Its not even a pop up. it totally goes to another page. what the hell is going on here?
