If every person who pointed out how dumb you were was banned, then 75% of the board would be banned. I think your best course of action is to try to be less of a dumbass.

You present a differing opinion complete with facts and thoughtful insight.
Their arse is handed to them.
You get called every name in the book.
They get pissed off and run to mommy to tell on you.
If you're lucky, and an admin has no personal vendetta against you, you don't get banned.
I've often said this place is like Romper Room (look it up).
But that's what makes it so darn entertaining.

I got accused on being an alter and received my first warning, I’ve seen at least half a dozen threads and pages of posts as bad or worse than my post that got me in trouble.
I don’t think it’s necessarily what you post, it’s who you engage with that’s the issue. For example, a poster with an enormous post count on PT called me a Nazi, a group of people who murdered millions, but I suspect because of the engagement traffic he collects nothing will ever happen to him.
It is what it is I guess, the world ain’t fair junior
