I always drink a lot of water and will gain the usual 5 lbs of mostly water weight when taking creatine. Seems like this would reduce the risk of dehydration, although have never received a clear answer when asking this question.

I will say my biggest gains were from taking creatine. I drank water non stop though. Had headaches a lot. It’s the opposite of being dehydrated, but the physical effects are similar. Over hydration is the worst

Lots of good stuff, but equally bad stuff. All to put on mass. Genius really

I read a long time ago that creatine absorbs water in your muscles, which gives the effect of being larger

look guys, I dont mean to be a dick and Im sure Mingo doenst mean to be either but it gets old when people come on here and just ramble non sense without a shred of evidence and have no clue about anything scientifically.
all of the info you are looking for is at your finger tips. I challenge anyone to go and find a study that shows creatine is dangerous. Just because your levels in the blood of creatinine rise, doesnt mean you are having renal failure. learn to research LINK
if you ever have a question on supplements and the effects on certain things you can go look at examine and they list everything with the number of studies that back up that claim.
