Curious to see if anyone has input on my slightly high out of range issues.

They arbitrarily say it’s high but these ranges are for the masses.
People who work out regularly and have higher muscle mass will have higher creatinine levels.

You a drinker? What's the trend been running on the creatinine and liver enzymes?

Rarely drink these days.
I’ll probably drop a supplement and retest in the next 4 weeks or so..

A CT scan showed some fat deposits but the enzymes were not an issue a few weeks ago but they didn’t tell me those numbers like I have with my current blood work.
Last year they were 17 & 23 and 34 & 39 and 24 & 44 4 years ago.
Wild variations.

this, absolutely this. many times we take blood work within 72 hours of lifting and this will throw off the numbers.
