Anyone here have a X3 Bar? X3 Bar
Been seeing a lot of ads lately on YouTube and it looks interesting. Not sure if it's a legit workout option or just more junk science.

I mean, it doesn't look any different from a barbell with bands. Plus, you can do barbell stuff without bands.
I would see it as a vastly inferior option to barbell stuff.
I looked up the price and $549 is comical bullshite. You can get a rack and barbell for that and it will work 10x better than that.
I was going to give it some borderline credit until I saw $549. This is sucking in dumb people.

If you wanna do this, why not just but a thick wooden dowel and put eye let's on it. Buy the bands from elitefts.....winning.
